On behalf of the Board of Directors, management, staff and extended family of Deltec, we express sadness on the passing of Sir William Allen.
Sir William served as an independent non-executive Director of Deltec Bank & Trust from 2002 to 2016. He was a trusted advisor of Deltec and great supporter of the bank and its vision. Sir William will be remembered for his contribution to the financial services industry in The Bahamas. As Minister of Finance, he led the upgrade our financial services sector during the early 2000s.
We extend our deepest condolences to Lady Aloma, the children, grandchildren, and the rest of the Allen Family.
